We have noticed a spike in unexpected and undesirable behaviors on the elementary buses. We are reviewing bus expectations at both schools and will be attending a safety meeting with the bus drivers next week. We are engaged in ongoing efforts to teach our students bus expectations and are working closely with the bus company in this effort as well.
We ask that you please reinforce expectations at home and initiate conversations about bus safety and respectful behavior with your child(ren). We are expecting every child to be in control of and responsible for their own behavior, and are asking for support at home to reinforce this effort.
