Starting April 29th, for grades 3-8, SBA testing will begin. This state assessment provides us with valuable information about where students are in their learning journey. We analyze this data closely to guide our instructional decisions and ensure that we are meeting the needs of every student. We appreciate your support in encouraging your child to do their best on these assessments by getting plenty of rest, eating a healthy breakfast, and arriving at school on time.

For the safety of your children and the safety of our staff, it is important that you remember to bring your ID when you come to enter the building or pick up your child. Per policy, without it we will not be able to allow you to enter the building. We appreciate your support and understanding.

Today is ParaEducator Appreciation Day! They go above and beyond every day and are so dedicated to the collective success of our school community. THANK YOU ALL!

Our NFES sessions will take place over three days (3/26, 4/2 and 4/9) with three one hour time slots per day. It is an opportunity for our staff to meet with your child and get a sense of their literacy and numeracy skills, as well as their current social development in an informal classroom setting. It is also an opportunity for the children to meet some of their new kindergarten friends. Parents will have an opportunity to meet with the school nurse to review medical forms while your child participates in center based activities. There will also be office staff available to help with any questions with regards to registration paperwork. Please click on this link to sign up for a session.

Please Don't Block The Buses! 🚌
We have been having problems recently with drop-off and pick-up traffic blocking accessibility to the south (staff) entrance area, making it difficult for our buses to arrive and depart on time. This is a primary area for buses serving our students with special needs. ALL parent/guardian drop-off and pick-up traffic should utilize the main driveway, not this area. Thank you for your cooperation!
